On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen featuring induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven; A beautiful suspended iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower; A baby cot is available upon request; From the upstairs windows, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views over the valley stretching all the way to the sea
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, while electricity and hot water are sustainably provided by photovoltaic panels and a heat pump system
