Paradiso Perduto Holiday Home is set within a 7,000 sqm private agricultural estate, fully fenced and surrounded by centuries-old cherry trees, olive groves, chestnut trees, and oaks, nestled in the beautiful valley of Sori, in the heart of Golfo Paradiso on the Ligurian Riviera; Just 6 km from the sea, Sori is renowned for its Blue Flag beach — an international award recognizing seaside destinations for sustainable environmental management and exceptional water quality
Completed in 2025, the house blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and was created through the careful restoration and faithful reconstruction of an ancient rural building, following the principles of bioclimatic architecture
Paradiso Perduto Holiday Home offers approximately 50 sqm of living space arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen featuring induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven; A beautiful suspended iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower; A baby cot is available upon request; From the upstairs windows, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views over the valley stretching all the way to the sea
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, while electricity and hot water are sustainably provided by photovoltaic panels and a heat pump system
The true highlight of the property is its outdoor living area: a private garden with a chestnut wood pergola, natural coconut-fiber shade sail, barbecue area, and a simple outdoor jacuzzi — the perfect place to relax after a day spent at the beach or exploring the many hiking trails nearby; Guests can enjoy outdoor lunches, sunset drinks, or simply unwind surrounded by the peaceful Ligurian countryside
